Our Help Line provides a first port of call for any questions that you may have regarding Shire software, covering such topics as:

  • Installation of the software
  • How to use the software
  • Diagnosis and resolution of reported problems

*The Help Line operates from 08:30 to 16:30 (UK time), Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

The service is freely available to all customers who:

  • Are evaluating the software, prior to purchase
  • Have recently purchased the software and have registered for free start-up support
  • Have a current Support Agreement
