- Installation of the software
- How to use the software
- Diagnosis and resolution of reported problems
*The Help Line operates from 08:30 to 16:30 (UK time), Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
The service is freely available to all customers who:
- Are evaluating the software, prior to purchase
- Have recently purchased the software and have registered for free start-up support
- Have a current Support Agreement
