Level 2 BIM is clearly today’s main priority but Jason Ruddle thinks that work processes need to evolve to keep in-step and the industry needs to get to grips with the training challenge presented by digital construction. This means embracing new technology and providing access to all for improvements on collaboration across all projects; leading onto job roles changing and employees learning new skill sets. Jason believes that it is more valuable to better the skills of existing staff rather than employing new because they already know how the business works and can work in BIM processes far more easily.
